Orders & Shipping
Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. All orders include a tracking number sent to your email once your package ships.
Yes! All U.S. orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $4.99 applies. We currently ship within the United States only.

Auctions & Bidding
Silicute Auctions let you bid on exclusive pet tech gadgets. Each auction has a starting price and a countdown timer. Place your bid, and if you're the highest bidder when the timer ends, you win!
No. When you place a bid, a temporary authorization hold is placed on your card through PayJunction — this reserves the funds but does not charge you.
