Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with care and accuracy. You'll be handling everything from banana beds to bamboo memorial urns — every box matters.
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory shipments from overseas suppliers
Pick and pack orders accurately for Amazon FBA and direct-to-consumer channels
Maintain organized warehouse space and conduct inventory counts
Prepare wholesale and bulk orders for freight shipment
Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment safely
Flag damaged or defective items during receiving and packing
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout shift
Reliable transportation to our Guilford County facility
Attention to detail — our memorial products require careful handling
Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred, not required
Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
Operate our CO? laser engraving system to personalize bamboo memorial urns with custom designs, pet names, and practice logos. Precision and empathy go hand in hand here.
Set up and operate CO₂ laser engraver (40W) for bamboo urn engraving
Prepare customer-submitted designs for engraving: resize, adjust contrast, position artwork
Generate digital proofs for customer approval before production
Perform quality checks on finished engravings for depth, alignment, and clarity
Maintain and clean engraving equipment per manufacturer specifications
Package completed engraved urns with extra care for safe shipment
Experience with laser engraving, CNC, or similar fabrication equipment preferred
Comfortable with basic image editing (resizing, contrast adjustment)
Strong attention to detail — misspelled names on memorial urns are not an option
Ability to handle sensitive, emotionally meaningful products with respect
Mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Drive wholesale revenue by building relationships with veterinary clinics, pet cremation centers, and pet funeral homes. This is outbound, consultative B2B sales — not cold call scripts.
Prospect and outreach to veterinary clinics, pet crematories, and funeral homes via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Present Silicute's memorial product line and wholesale pricing tiers
Manage your pipeline from initial contact through closed deal using our CRM
Conduct product demos and send samples to qualified prospects
Hit monthly outreach and revenue targets as outlined in the Sales SOP
Provide market feedback on pricing, competitor activity, and product requests
1+ year of B2B sales experience preferred (pet industry a plus, not required)
Comfortable with outbound prospecting — phone, email, and social selling
Empathetic communicator who can sell sensitive products (memorial urns) with appropriate tone
Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote work environment
Experience with CRM tools (we use a custom-built system)
Own Silicute's social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Create content that makes people smile, share, and buy — pet content is a superpower if you know how to wield it.
Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (3–5 posts/week)
Film and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) featuring products and pets
Engage with the pet community — respond to comments, DMs, and build relationships with pet influencers
Write blog posts for the Silicute Journal (2–3 per month)
Photograph products for website and social use
Track social metrics and report on growth, engagement, and content performance monthly
Portfolio of social media work (personal or professional — pet content is a huge plus)
Strong short-form video skills — filming, editing, captioning
Understanding of what performs on TikTok and Instagram in 2026 (not 2022)
Genuine love of pets — it shows in the content and people can tell
Comfortable with light product photography and basic graphic design tools
Manage Silicute's online storefront, Amazon FBA listings, and auction platform operations. You're the bridge between the warehouse floor and the digital shelf.
Manage product listings across silicute.com and Amazon FBA — pricing, descriptions, images, inventory sync
Monitor and optimize auction platform performance and bidder experience
Coordinate with warehouse team on inventory levels, restocks, and FBA shipments
Process returns, exchanges, and customer service escalations
Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and identify opportunities for growth
Manage relationships with PayJunction for payment processing and settlement
2+ years of e-commerce operations experience (Amazon Seller Central experience strongly preferred)
Analytical mindset — comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and sales data
Familiarity with inventory management and fulfillment workflows
Strong written communication for customer service and product copywriting
Experience with payment processing platforms is a plus
Own the post-sale relationship with our wholesale accounts — veterinary clinics, crematories, and funeral homes. Keep them reordering, resolve issues fast, and grow account revenue over time.
Serve as primary point of contact for 50–100 active wholesale accounts
Process reorders, manage custom engraving requests, and coordinate freight shipments
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Resolve wholesale customer issues (damaged shipments, invoicing, product questions) within 24 hours
Manage Net-30 accounts and coordinate with accounting on invoicing and collections
Conduct quarterly business reviews with top accounts to strengthen partnerships
2+ years of account management or customer success experience in B2B
Exceptional relationship skills — these customers are dealing with pet loss daily and need a sensitive, reliable partner
Organized and detail-oriented — managing dozens of accounts requires strong systems
Comfortable with invoicing, payment terms, and basic financial operations
Located in or willing to travel within North Carolina for occasional in-person visits
